Bethany Wolfe 3rd pd

summary:
TSA official, Kelly Hoggan, resigned because of the hateful comments he received after gaining unfair bonuses. Although security lines didn't improve, he received over $90,000, so 3 TSA administrators voiced against him.
analysis:
These changes were very necessary because poor leadership leads to poor service of the community. Wehn someone is treated unfairly- or given undeserved benefits in Hoggan's case, heads of administration should not only look into the issue but dig deeper in their own leadership. This will ensure a better experience for customers and staff.
