Trump's Emergency might be a threat to security

Whether or not President Donald Trump's national emergency declaration with respect to our southern border is ever implemented, it will impose a great cost on US national security.And, it's worth noting, the national emergency declaration comes shortly after a US government shutdown. The threat is that we would deploy thousands of troops to our southern border. This could hurt the bedrock of our democracy and leave Americans at high risk. If this emergency of border protection commences millions of dollars will be spent on troops and the building of the wall.-Khai
