Gunman open fires on his co-workers - Angelia Perez

After being fired from his job, Gary Martin opened fired on his co-workers. He brought a pistol to his meeting where he was being fired and after that he went on a hour and half shooting spree. He was targeting the people who he had worked for for 15 years and after targeting them he went after his co-workers in a warehouse and began shooting again. Once the police showed up there was a shoot out where police ended up having to kill him. Gary Martin killed 5 people and injured 6, and 5 were police officers.

Analysis

This weekend I saw a play called "Gloria". It's basically about how the "weird" person at a job has enough of everyone being mean to her and she ends up shooting up the place. How does this relate? Well it relates because it shows how easily someone can just go off in a work environment with a gun. I pray that each event relating to gun violence will be the last but it never is and somehow people still don't get it, that anger or anything else leading to injury/death should be your reason to use a gun.
