Derek Spellman Museum tower glare in the Nasher still a problem after 7 years

Museum tower glare in the Nasher still a problem after 7 years

For the past 7 years, there has been an ugly glare peering into the Nasher casting spotted shadows on priceless sculptures. It still has gotten fixed because the funding for the Dallas pension fund is running low. This shows that despite Dallas' support for the arts only comes out when it doesn't interfere with real estate business or any big business downtown.

In history, much art was funded only when someone powerful wanted someone painted or wanted art for cathedrals.
