A suspicious letter containing white powder was sent to Vanessa Trump's husband. Donald Trump Jr. Vanessa and two others were sent to a hospital in case harmful materials were found. Trump tweeted that he was " Thankful that Vanessa and my children are safe after the incredibly scary situation.." and that he found the individual's actions "disgusting". Other residents in the building were sympathetic but not surprised by the incident. Others said "This dangerous and reckless act goes beyond political differences." This article was written to inform on the situation and has no bias. While i'm sympathetic of the situation, I find it hard to believe that they have so little security. It seems like someone so high profile should have a better security team that would check suspicious mail.

ReplyDeleteI agree, I feel like they would have greater security. These are public figures, and suspicious mail has been sent for years, such as the bombs in the packages. I'm interested to see where the rest of this story goes.
