Teen set to testify against accused rapist found dead- Isabella Firsching

• Mujey Dumbuya,16, was found dead 50 miles from her home. She was reported as being seen going to school on January 24th, but never arrived, and after 3 days was labeled a runaway.. Mujey was set to testify against Quinn Anthony James in April, and he has been named a person of interest in her death. Her accused rapist was a maintenance worker at the highschool that Mujey attended, any and all crimes committed on school grounds have been denied by the district.
• For decades, rape victims have been shamed for coming forward, and shamed for not coming forward, mostly by men. The amount of cases where women have been killed or beaten for coming forward or even rejecting advances are countless, 158 in 2015 in Texas alone.
