This past week, Pope Francis was in Mexico. Pope Francis was greeting a crowd in the city of Morelia on Tuesday when someone grabbed him by his hand and proceeded to not let go The person who grabbed him ended up pulling the Pope down onto a man in a wheelchair. After Francis regained his balance, his smiling face changed into a look of anger as he yelled at the person in the crowd. Not long afterward, an announcement came on the stadium's speakers: "We are asking you to be careful," the announcer said. "Please contain yourself. Pope Francis wants to greet us, but if we pile up, it will be difficult to do so." This relates back to history because I am sure there were times in history where a historical figure would show up and supporters and towns would go crazy when they see that person because they are a figure and someone that people look up to.
