summary- New findings from the University of Glasgow offer a key that will help doctors and pharmaceutical industry more effectively target the weekends of what has been, up till now, one of the most treatment-resistant and lethal cancers. According to the american cancer society 2015 cancer facts and figures report, nearly 1.66 million Americans were expected to be diagnosed with cancer in 2015, while more than 589,000 cancer sufferers were expected to die of the disease

Analysis- This breakthrough is a big one because it gets us one step closer to finding a cure for many other types of cancers. Cancer has been a problem in this world for a long time and for us to be able to stop one type of cancer is a gateway to figuring out how to cure all different sorts of cancers. Science has come a long way and it has much in store for us.

  1. Woohoo! GO science! It's crazy how long ago, the only surgical procedure that was moderately good was an amputation and now things like this are happening!
