On Sunday a pastor was shot dead by his brother at an Ohio church. Daniel Schooler, 68, is accused of killing Pastor William Schooler, 70, inside the office of St. Peters Missionary Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio. The pastor "was the intended and only target" in the shooting, Dayton Police Homicide Division Supervisor Sgt. Richard Blommel said. The gunman sat down during prayers at the church, then went to the pastor's office afterward and started shooting while the choir was singing. Investigators haven't yet identified a motive in the shooting.
This was an awful event that occurred. It is especially sad to here that one, it occurred on a holy day, two, the pastor was shot, and three, the gunman was the pastor's brother. This challenges the ability to bear arms and whether Americans have the right or not.

The day of which the tragedy occurs doesn't change how awful this event is but the fact that it was his brother makes you wonder is some people have any morals, if they should even be called that at this point. This is just another reason why gun laws should be strengthened.
