Halle Merrill, a 2 year old toddler died after a accident that occurred friday evening. On Friday at 5:22, Three victims were covered in several feet of ice. It took 30 mins to get all the kids out. The other 2 were 7 year olds and they had minor injuries but are ok now. My prayers go out to Halle's family for this.
It was no ones fault that this happened and there is know way to really prevent things like this. I can't even imagine the families pain they are going through. Rest in Peace Halle Merrill.

What in the hell... Was this some sort of freak accident or was it somebody trying to hurt the kids? This is insane, RIP Halle Merrill.
