Summery: Franklin is charged with murdering 10 women over a span of 30 years. he recieved the nick name the grim sleeper for the periods of inactivity. The trial is supposed to last 2 months to discuss. Most victums were found in trash bins, undressed, and tested positive for cocaine. Lots of media has been drawn to the case, including a documentary, a website, and a made for tv movie. Police have been able to identify him by his 25 caliber hand gun. People that knew him were very surprised by his arrest.
Analysis: It is very scary to think that there are people like this who murder, and torture innocent women. Women dont have to live in fear, but must be very cautious, because there are strange, crazy men who are obsessed with sex, or their lack there of. The scariest thing, is that there really is nothing you can do to prevent having people like this exist, because they discuise themselves as everyday people. The closest thing we can do is try to notice strange traits of serial killers when they are young to try to give them counciling. I hope the victums of Franklin are given justice.
