On Saturday, a tour boat off the coast of Nicaragua flipped over, resulting in 13 deaths and others missing. Costa Rica’s foreign ministry said there were 32 passengers on board; 25 Costa Ricans, four Americans, and three Nicaraguans. Some passengers remain missing.
Due to bad weather, Nicaraguan naval authorities had banned sea travel in the area. The tour boat proceeded anyway, and the boat’s owner, Blandon, is now being investigated for “reckless homicide and exposing people to danger”.
I wouldn't call this reckless homicide, but more of a terrible tragedy. Heart goes out to their families.

stories like this freak me out because my biggest fear is being stranded out at sea so i hope thats not the case for the missing passengers and if it is that they are found soon.
