The article discusses the removal of the B-1 bombers from the war in Iraq and Syria. The U.S. dropped bombs on 80 different targets within 20 minutes. These aircrafts are very significant to the U.S.'s air force. They are, "One of the biggest and most dependable U.S. weapons in the battle against ISIS in Syria and Iraq." The planes have returned to the U.S. for some updating.
These planes are awesome. It is so crazy that planes and aircrafts have evolved so much since the Wright Brothers set out on the first plane. I think it is good that they are actually putting these weapons to use. It kind of reminds me of when The U.S. entered WW2 after being attacked by Japan at Pearl Harbor.
