Flooding in Colorado (Alexis Washington p2)
The continuous flash floods in Colorado, has slowed down the rescue efforts. As many as 500 residents are left without power and in need of evacuation still have been left unattended due to the harsh weather. http://www.cnn.com/2013/09/15/us/colorado-flooding/index.html?htp=us_c1
