Conflict is transpiring between different political parties, as well as the House and Senate, on the topic of the new "Obamacare." Obama is trying to avoid a government shut down, the first one in seventeen years, that he thinks is completely unnecessary. Obama believes that if the House does what the Senate has already done and simply vote to pass the new Obamacare, all of the issues could be avoided. The tension and many different opinions are making for a very sticky situation.
