As the students of Booker T have grown more acquainted with our insect friends, the ants, living and eating and swarming beneath our seats in the green room, I wanted to remind us all that as bad as our Terrifying Ant World may be (many of us have literally found ourselves with "ants in our pants", or perhaps worse, our food), we should be thankful we aren't being swarmed and stung to death by bees, which was the cause of the unfortunate demise of Babydoll, a dog killed in Miami, Florida, earlier this week. She was an American Foxhound, weighing over 60 pounds, and was stung over one hundred times. Her owner, Ted Delgaizo, is thankful his children were at home while the swarm was attacking. His youngest weighs around 25 pounds, and would probably have been killed as well if he had been swarmed as badly as the dog had been. A neighbor tried to save the dog while it was covered in bees by turning her garden hose to it, but then the bees started to attack her. The local fire authority was able to find and subdue the nest. This is a tragic incident, but I can't help but be reminded of a certain television show...
I absolutely love this article (except for the dog getting killed part.) It's not too often you see a bee's nest, I wonder why *COUGH* ..CCD.. *COUGH*. I hope we can all learn a lesson from this, to never walk outside because the real world is dangerous.

Well I think this just cements my opinion on bees: they're scary as hell. Its actually terrifying to read something like this because it could happen to anyone. It could happen to me. Tomorrow. I could die because a swarm of angry killer bees decided to attack me. Wow. No. I didn't like this article. I hate bees and they terrify me. So does that visual representation up there. Ah. But actually, how is she just sitting there, there are so many bees on her face. They could be crawling UP HER NOSE or INSIDE OF HER EARS. I really just can't. I can't.
