The nation responds as the shooter for the tragedy in Parkland, Florida is revealed. What do we need to look at? Reasons why this happened, mental health awareness, prevention "measures", gun control laws and updates on said laws are all being thrown into question. "Who to look at?" is an easy one for this article though as the shooter, Nikolas Cruz, is taken responsible to the crime, and one of the injured victims, Anthony Borges, is recovering.
Anthony is seen now in a hospital bed, recovering from five shots while protecting the other students among him. His recovery has a long way to go, but his donations have already exceeded expectations at almost $125,000, and will keep going so he can get better.
What this article looks at is how people respond, and how they are in this tragedy, and how much we really haven't uncovered if this just keeps happening.
