Syria- Noah Huerta

Earlier today in Damascus, Syria, two suicide bombers crashed into a police station, killing 17 people.

So you might be asking "What does this have to do with US History?"
Well acts of terrorism happen globally, and Syria is going through a multiple stance, and equally if not bloodier civil war than we did. So this seems to be a global parallel.

The rest of the world is suffering, particularly to death and murder, but mostly bloodshed for power. Syria can serve as an example that when we can recognize what tragedies can happen in our countries and areas, we should remember they can happen everywhere and do. The difference IS, IS that in some of those places, people won't be able to even live there much longer. (get it? because ISIS)

There being a decision to stay informed and maybe even doing something about it.
