Liam Wise - Mueller Investigation Files First Charges

Special counsel Robert Muller was appointed shortly after President Donald Trump fired FBI director James Comey (July 2016). Since then, the investigation has focused on the alleged collusion between the Trump administration and Russia. Several investigators continue to criticize the apparent financial ties between Trump and Russia. On Friday, a federal grand jury approved the first charges posited by the investigation. These charges have yet to be released (as they are still under seal by order of the judge) but those charged are to be taken into custody by Monday. As of yet, no comment has been made by the special counsel's office or The White House.
