Donald trump attempted to ban transgender troops from being admitted into the military. But, before a judge it was declared unconstitutional and terminated. This shows how the separation of powers helps stop branches from gaining too much power on America. It also demonstrates how each branch checks and balances each other to prevent unjust laws.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad that the constitution guards our liberties and who we are as people. It's ridiculous for someone to not be able to fight for us just because they happen to be transgender. They're willing to put their life on the line, and we're all human beings who deserve respect and compassion
It is great to hear things like this because like you said no branch should have too much power. I want to find out more about the case with the judge!
