America's gun culture
http://www.cnn.com/2017/10/02/politics/guns-maps-las-vegas/index.html
Following the Las Vegas shooting it was apparent that gun culture has become one of the most viable reasons for United States massacres. The question is how strict does gun control have to be? 55% of the people today believe that when purchasing a firearm the requirements should be more strict and the rest believe that they should lessen the needs/ rules of buying a firearm.
analysis:
Our country has experienced many mass shooting and the government has never actually done anything to make gun control more effective. We have experienced this before in Orlando, Florida when they attacked the pulse nightclub as an act of hatred against the lgbt community, and again in 2012 in Newtown, Connecticut when they attacked sandy hook elementary. The list goes on which comes to show that there needs to be restrictions set in place. It is easier to use firearms when you have them at your fingertips any small argument can lead into a homicide. i believe we should put in place a set of more strict rules when it comes to firearms. Also when big events, Such as the country music festival occurring in Las Vegas, occur there should me a larger security to pupil ratio. We need to increase the security in our own country before we try to encourage wars with other countries.
