Las Vegas Shootings Live Updates: Multiple Weapons Found in Gunman's Hotel Room
Summary: In Las Vegas, a mass shooting took place which took the lives of 59, injured 527, and sent thousands more into a mass panic. This event will be remembered as one of the deadliest to ever take place in American history. The gunman, Stephen Paddock, was found dead in a hotel room at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino after shooting three rapid fire bursts into the crowd. The police along with a fully armed SWAT team broke into the room to find he was dead. They also found at least 17-20 firearms along with hundreds of rounds of ammo, some explosives, and a few electronic equipment. The Islamic State claims that Mr Paddock was one of their soldiers, but there is not enough evidence to prove that.
Analysis: This is a very horrible event that will significantly affect Many lives and also affect history at the same time. The scariest thing is that this shooter was a normal person. There is no main reason why he did this. It is believed that his may have been an act of terror. If that is true, this event could be associated with events like the terror attack in England at a concert along with 9/11. My thought go to all those affected by this tragedy.
