In the Phillipines, two men where killed in a protest session, asking the government for help. People are starving right now because of the drought, the drought is being caused because of the climate change of El Niño.
The police where brutally hurting these people firing gunshots, spraying them down with firehoses, as well as beating them senseless,1 16 protesters were wounded while 89 others were missing.
- This incident of police brutality against peacful protest reminds me of the protests during the civil rights movement in the sixties.
