Tiger found in Houston suburbBy Adrianna Martinez

A tiger was found wandering the street in Houston suburb. Police have discovered how the tiger ended up in the neighborhood. The female tiger was evacuated from a nearby Harris County rescue farm because of intense flooding this week. Its handler apparently gave it to a person located in Conroe who was not prepared to care for the animal and it escaped. The cat was very friendly according to a witness who was able to play with the tiger. Police found a collar and noticed the front claws had been removed. Authorities are searching for the suspects and if found they could be fined for not having proper permits. The tiger's handler should have been more cautious and aware of the situation. The handler should also not have given it to the person in Conroe because they did not have the abilities to care for the tiger.
