Florida keeper broke rules before tiger killed her, zoo says -Lia Kerkman 6

A keeper was killed by a tiger at a Florida zoo this month when she broke the rules and entered the big cat's enclosure. Stacey Konwiser, 38, died after a fatal neck injury from a 13-year-old male Malayan tiger, but questions still remain about the circumstances surrounding the death of the lead tiger keeper at the Palm Beach Zoo.  She had not done anything out of the ordinary when she entered the area where tigers eat and sleep, or so the zoo manager says.
So it is unsure whether or not she was or wasn't going against regulation or not, but there seems to be differing opinions. You dont know whether to trust someone who knew her on a personal level or the media who might be trying to dramatize things. This isn't the first time that this has happened in the zoo or aquarium too.

  1. Angelique Flores 9th- Just think that if she would've done what was told that this could've all been prevented.

  2. That's very sad, even though they are zoo animals, they are still wild animals, and wild animals are unpredictable.
