Obama says Constitution is Clear Alora Lieck

After the recent death of Supreme Court Justice Scalia President Obama according to law is going to nominate a new justice to take Scalia's seat. Many conservative republicans are coming out and saying that the constitution  does not allow a president to nominate a justice during the final months of his presidency. (News flash people Obama is still in office for 12ish more months) "Interpreters" of the law are coming up with some pretty crazy interpretations of the constitution in regards to Obama nominating the next justice. The President himself has checked over and made an address stating that he will indeed be nominating a replacement for Scalia. A handful of Conservitives have said they believe the next nominated president should be the one to nominate.
I personally believe they are stating this because they think a conservative republican president will be chosen for the 2017-2021 term.

This relates back to history in every way possible. Racism, the constitution and radicals without any factual evidence to back up their statements. The constitution was written by the original presidents and members of congress/ senate there is no way possible it could be "interpreted" any different.
