They all started in 1985, the alleged rape and murder of over 13 girls and women ranging from 15 to 35. The killer started his spree in '85 and took a very long pause in his killings so long the LAPD took all personnel off the case. Then in 2000 he started his killings again, the murder victims all had the same DNA tracing and bullet used traced back to the same man. The police finally had enough evidence to start a man hunt. They found Franklin at his home, where police also found pictures and videos of over 100 women. The locations of the women were all found except 30 and they were put under protection.
Mass murderers have been around forever, many are caused by childhood trauma, or drug abuse. The oldest (to our knowledge) murderer dates back to 1797.
I don't get why people kill others. We are all human. Isn't that enough.
