Recently, missiles have destroyed a few Syrian schools, hospitals, and killed 50 people. The Turkish Prime Minister believes that it is Russia to blame and that they have committed a war crime. However, Russia's Health Minister says that they have no reason for sending attacks on Syria and that the aircraft carrying the weapons were actually American. The U.S. had been bombing in Syria in the past.
Some countries decided in Munich to cease attacks and let aid be delivered in that area.
It is important to know who did the bombing in the first place, but I think at this point, pointing fingers could make things worse between countries. In WWI the start of the war was one country falling into war after another in a domino effect. And this could easily turn into that situation.
