The intruder ended up being his sister which jumped out of a closet and screamed and then Nerrek shot her .
Nerrek is being held charges of reckless endangerment ,since 15 year old , Prenil had access to the gun As of now Nerrek hasn't been charged for the killing of Premila. But a court hearing is scheduled for Monday .
Analysis: I think that Nerrek wasn't careful with the gun at all . I mean he shouldn't of even had a.gun will Prenil was in the same house ! He could of easily gotten it and done something horrible . But then again it wasn't completely Nerrek's fault because. If it was really an intruder and that person was armed he would of done the correct thing .

I read this article and I have to say. Kids are young and they will forever be young by playing pranks on one another. Sure it was a bad mistake to sneak into someones house to scare them and it resulted in the death of a beloved teenager, but Nerrek had no right to have possession of a fire arm.
ReplyDeleteI feel that they shouldn't have had access to the gun regardless. Yes, you have to protect yourself but as MINORS they should have even been touching it. Their parents should have put it somewhere that could have been accessed if/when necessary and why in the world would they think it was okay to play a prank with a loaded gun????? And why didn't the parents have the safety on the gun on???? Makes no sense but accident is an accident.

I watched an SVU over this also, it is so often that pranks have gone wrong and ended in bad fortune. I agree Nerrek shouldn't have a gun because it could potentially be dangerous for Prenil. Such a sad story, sometimes you can't prevent things like this.
