Monday, September 9, 2013, it was said no charges will be filed against George Zimmerman after he threatened his wife Shellie and her father with a weapon in Lake Mary, Florida, Police Chief Steve Bracknell says. The Zimmerman's are currently filing for a divorce and Shellie had come to the house to collect some belongings. after "Heightened emotion and further disagreement," Zimmerman punched Shellie's father, David Bryant Dean, in the nose and smashed Shellie's iPad on before leaving into his truck where he remained. After 2 p.m. Shellie called 911 after George Zimmerman threatened Shellie and David with a weapon. Shellie told 911, "He's in his car and he continually has his hand on his gun, and he's saying, 'Step closer.' He's just threatening all of us with his firearm."
George Zimmerman already has made a somewhat bad reputation for himself just two months after he was found not guilty of murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. He has already been pulled over in traffic twice, the first a verbal warning in Texas in which he told officers he had a firearm in the glove compartment. The second being in Florida last week with a speeding ticket fine of $256. To make matters worse, When George and Shellie filed for divorce last week, Shellie admitted to perjury on August 28 after lying about the couples finances, saying they were broke when they actually collected $135,000 in donations.
George Zimmerman is making a bad name for himself, all the occurring events are only hurting him more. But the threatening of Shellie and her father mike make Zimmerman seem like he is losing his mind. Although there were no charges to Zimmerman, it might be a smart idea to keep an eye on Zimmerman who is catching a lot of attention in America's eyes.
