A state court ruled that one woman's rights were not being violated by banning her from ranting on facebook over her children and ex husband.This comes from the womans attempt to kidnap her two children and take them to Canada, and after her ex husband says she would write about her family in refrence and relation to the book of revelations, Hitler, Satan and serial killer Jefferey Dahmer. The woman has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was arrested in May of 2011 after her kidnapping attempt of her children.

I do think that the courts are doing right in banning this woman, considering her potential danger and problems that she was capable of already causing, even though its through a social media website does not mean that a persons safety is not in harm.
