After a break up with his wife, Leonardo Espinal reacts dramatically towards his children and himself. He tells his wife he wants them to sleep over and unfortunately kills both his daughter and son. He drowns his 5 year old son and Rat poisons his 6 year old daughter. After he killed both of them he called his ex wife and let her know as well as letting her know he was going to kill himself.
This story brings ache to my heart. It's so sad and unfortunate. I imagine the struggle those kids went through for something that wasn't their fault. They were innocent and didn't deserve it. It's sad to know he reacted in such a way and shameful that he couldn't control his emotions to make better decisions.
