Maria Golici - Nearly 100 California companies have no women on their board of directors 

                How is it that exactly 94 California companies don't have women on their board of directors. Many of those companies will be adding at least one or maybe even more women in their board. The law SB 826 states that one woman needs to be on the board if there are 4 or fewer members. There needs to be two women on a board of 5memberss. Lastly, there needs to be 3 women on a board with 6 or more members. Companies one which is Skechers who needs to find 3 women have until 2021 to find and hire their women.

Why is it said that men are offered the same positions as women yet when they have chances to prove that genders are treated equally they fall short. We women, need to continue to unite and bury this inequality once and for all
