Florida’s Recovery- JJ Jankovsky

Many students had to go through something we could never imagine going through. An awful school shooting. After 17 students killed, the survivors have traveled 450 miles to confront the lawmakers in Florida to stand up for what they think is right. The boy that committed this awful crime, was said to have a “mental illness” and was charged with as much as he should’ve been. The survivors of the shooting have walked out of school together to grief the loss of their friends and teachers. What happened to these people is something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. So sad.
