Today more than a hundred teenagers lied in front of the white house to take a stand for tougher gun laws. Since the shooting in Florida there should be a change. 17 at a time lied down for three minutes to symbolize the time it took for the shooter to kill all of those people. There was only suppose to be 17 but social media got their hands on it and many more started to join. Even though it was wet and cold students stayed out there to make sure they were heard.
This is so great! i'm glad that people especially kids our age are taking a stand. We are the generation to make a change in the world and this is a problem that needs to be fixed. The 17 people that died which included kids and teachers shouldn't have happened. I hope the white house listened to these protesters and finally make a change,
