Summary: "Starting from scratch" is taken very literally when almost everything has been wiped out. But, the reopening of schools in Puerto Rico could help to return to the once normal. Classes begin Tuesday in regions on opposite ends of the island, in San Juan and Mayaguez, according to education officials. Starting school again will hopefully help in gaining strength and unity. Although kids are excited to return and see their friends, they are nit excited about maybe having to extend school time into June.
Analysis: Normalcy will come back in bits and pieces... and I'm glad this piece is coming back. It makes me so excited that kids want to get back to school to see their friends and share experiences and grow. Hopefully this sparks more change in reopening and continuing more of what was shut down. I feel like much more will happen soon for Puerto Rico!
