Mass shootings in the U.S.: Over 270 mass shootings have occurred in 2017
There have been 273 days in 2017 so far. According to this article, there have been 273 mass shooting incidents in America this year. Disgusting. This should have ended years ago. Guns have no place in our everyday society. There is no reason mass shootings should even be a thing. They are extremely preventable and there are hundreds of solutions to get to a point where no lives should be taken by a bullet in America. The recent events in Las Vegas should open the eyes of the Government, the People of the United States, and gun owners everywhere. Guns kill people. If you have a gun, you can kill someone, no matter who you are. It shouldn't have to be a discussion. As a country, we should understand that we want to avoid war and violence. However, we continue to put guns in the hands of people who are ready to fight, but tell them not to. It's insane that we continue to live like this. There needs to be a change.

The fact that there have almost been enough shootings for there to be one on each day of 2017 is just disgusting. Something definitely needs to change.
ReplyDeleteThese incidents are getting out of hand and needs to stop. Shootings are something that can harm so many people at one time. There needs to be a change in what is going on.

ReplyDeleteIt's terrible things like this keep happening today, we should be better than this. These situations keep getting worse and worse, and they will continue to if we keep turning a blind eye and don't do anything about it.
