This October an art gallery, Somerset House, in London opens a dedication to Hassan Hajjaj. He is a British-Moroccan artist known for his electric portraits that explore culture, identify, and tradition. One of Hajjaj's most eye-catching exhibitions is his 2014 Kesh Angels. It focased on Marrakesh, Morocco's boldest female motorcyclists. With their polka dot bells and heart-shaped sunglasses, they're stearing motorcycle fashion in a new direction.
I wanted to post a current event about something other than politics for once and then I stumbled upon this little beauty. His work is definitely striking and a cool detail he adds to most of the Kesh Angel exhibition work are his custom made frames with market brand canned food outlining it. I love the color in his work and the way he uses it to his full advantage, but not to much so that it becomes messy.

I'm glad you chose to write about this, even though it's important to stay up to date with the news, it's good to catch a break for once. There's so much going on nowadays and this was a good refresher.
