Rihanna has yet again exceeded musical boundaries with her new pour it up video.
She released the video about a week ago and people are still talking about it. The video includes numerous "racy" scenes and even Rihanna herself trying the stripper pole for a whirl.
Many of her fans and people who are not her fans are very discombobulated due to the video. On the one hand some like it and on the other, some people think it was too 'racy' and 'tramp like.' So as you can see the world is coming to an end due to this video.
Now for my take:
1. Why in the world did it take her a year to release the video? I could jump on a pole, shake my butt, and come out with the same result in like a week, maybe even less than that! She should have release the video soon after the song was released.
2. People need to shut up! Majority of Rihanna's music and videos are 'racy' and 'tramp-like'. THAT'S WHAT SHE IS!! Don't people remember that she has been branded a "sex symbol "? And plus listen to the lyrics of the song! The video has to represent the song and it did just that!
To conclude.....Go RiRi!!!!
After I read this I just went to see the video!!! That video is just like Rihanna she is always like that ! No need to continue to complain she not going to change! Comment Rhyann lee 5th period
ReplyDeleteI agree! That's who Rihanna is and that's just a part of her image. However, I do see why some people who aren't fans of hers may think of her video as being provocative or racy.
