This week, lawyers of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, one of the Boston Marathon bombers, have accused the government of placed strict and unnecessary limitations and restrictions on their client while he is in prison for his role in the April Massachusetts bombing. They are claiming that Tsarnaev is "in near total isolation" from other inmates and is heavily restricted in communication with other prisoners. Massachsetts U.S. Attorney, Carmen Ortiz, had requested these particular measures for Tsarnaev's imprisonment because of his apparent "desire to incite others to engage in violent jihad". These harsh limitations have in turn brought about "obstacles" in his lawyers' communication with Tsarvaev, which they claim have been making it extremely difficult to piece together a defense for his trial.
Personally, I feel that this man had such awful intentions that he deserves all the punishment he is getting. I feel that the "obstacles" that are troubling he and his legal team are appropriate/acceptable for his case, after all, he brought this upon himself by bombing innocent people. I have very little sympathy for this guy, and believe that he's just getting what he deserves. If he were innocent, he and his brother would not have attempted to flee after the crime the way they did, which caused a manhunt in Boston in the days following the bombing.

I agree. He deserves isolation. Honestly, other inmates may be inclined to beat him for what he did (although their crimes may be just as horrid).
