Ice Cream Recall - Blythe Taylor

Blue Bell Scare
Recently discovered 108 year old company has large rectal that has many in shambles. Blue Bell has been forced to temporarily shut down a plant in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The plant was discovered to have traces of the bacteria “Listeria” in the 3 oz. servings of the southern ice cream. It was first discovered that Blue Bell had a Listeria issue in April 2014 when a 3 oz. cup was discovered to have had Listeria in it. This is the first recall ever in the company's history. It's good to know that Blue Bell has been on top of any health threats, but the company must now work to discover the source of the outbreak to prevent further instances.
This is affecting their company’s title and will cause many to never eat it again. This is a strange event that occurred so suddenly. They probably haven't changed the way they make ice cream or the ingredients, so it must be a problem with the environment and how/where the ingredients are being produced. Blue Bell has been such a traditional ice cream for so many years and I hope they fix their problem soon because I would hate for this long standing company to disappear because of a minor issue.

  1. Interesting, I said almost the same thing about this last week.. The company sure would be losing a lot if they had to completely shut down.
