Veronica Jones: Montana bride Jordan Linn Graham goes on trial in husband's fatal fall from cliff

I mean, we've all been there, haven't we? Getting so emotional that you accidentally push your husband off a cliff is normal, right? No? Oh, okay then, never mind. But, you know, still. You shouldn't send her to jail.

Okay, so maybe that's not exactly what the defense is arguing in the case of the murder of Johnson Graham by his wife, Jordan Lee Graham, but it's pretty dang close. Jordan's lawyers acknowledge that she killed him, but they are claiming that she killed him in self defense "We went on a little stump part and we were in the middle of an argument and he thought I was going to run away. Cody had grabbed me and I thought he was going to push me down. My first instinct was to get him off." she states. However, this isn't to say that this story is anywhere near sound. In fact, she's changed her story multiple times and is, along with murder, charged with making false statements.

The circumstances surrounding Johnson's murder are hazy. Some even speculate that he was blindfolded before being killed. However, the biggest question is wether or not she did it on purpose. I don't believe we're far enough into the trail to determine which category her crime falls under, but when the trail starts we'll definitely find out.
