"Prosecutors ask lesser sentence for Ohio man who shot wife" - Emily Gray

Barbara Wise was shot in a hospitable bed in August 2012, while suffering from a brain aneurism. She was shot by her husband, John Wise. Wise is considered anywhere from 6 years to a whole lifd sentence. John wise was accused for shooting his own wife, which he had been married to for 45 years. Brain Loprinzi,the assistant prosecuting attorney, says, that due to John Wise pyscholohical conditions, being 68, should be give less years.

The fact that he would be able to get away with the crime of killing his wife, without a life sentence, is unbelievable. I believe, no matter what his psychological state is, he should be sentenced to life in prison for killing a person especially his wife.
