North Korea has warned the US not to take any aggressive action in their region, saying it will readily retaliate. Recently, a parade was held where several nuclear hardware were on display, among which were intercontinental and submarine-launched ballistic missiles. The show of strength came during which a US aircraft carrier group going towards the region. North Korea is fully prepared to retaliate against any nuclear attacks.
This article shows the mounting tensions between our country and North Korea. Our leader, President Donald Trump, needs to take a stand and make peace with North Korea so we can prevent lives being lost. Recklessness in foreign policy without careful deliberation can backfire, causing a world war, similar to the complicated web of allies during WWI, causing much unneeded death and destruction in Europe.
