murder over Facebook- Camryn Stafford

summary:
Steve Stephens is charged with murdering 74-year-old Robert Godwin this past Sunday. Unfortunately Godwin was chosen at random as Stephens' victim according to police Chief Calvin Williams. Law enforcement nationwide have been on high alert after Stephens posted the murder on Facebook for everybody to see. Stephens told his mother that he was shooting people because he was angry with his girlfriend. Stephens is nowhere to be found according to Williams and his team. However, one of his detectives was able to talk with the suspect in the phone very vaguely.
analysis:
The author of this article is Sara Ganim, Nicole Chavez and Elliot C. McLaughlin from CNN. The article was produced Sunday so it is extremely recent and relevant. This man is still on the loose and has yet to be stopped. I found out about this from numerous posts on social media which is ironic because the incident happened over Facebook. It just goes to show how relevant social media is to our lives by spreading information. The article was written for everybody but especially those in Cleveland, where Stephens originally committed the crime. The article was written to inform everybody about the actions that the law enforcement team is making to catch this man.

  2. This is so horrible! I really hope that they find him and he pays for his actions. I wish people could see that there are so many others ways to deal with your emotions than violence.
