Summary:Martin Altenburg and Kwasi Enin both got accepted into every Ivy League School. However, they were raised was completely different from one another.. One was raised with strict parents & the other more carefree. The black male, Kwan Enin, had the strict parents who encouraged him to have good grades. While Martin Altenburg, the white male, lived a more hands off lifestyle whose parents never pushed him to do more and more.
Analysis: Congrats to both of them for getting into those schools, but I don't understand why they put them together. Like why is us a big shock that a black male gets accepted to every Ivy League school. I just don't think they had a specific reason for comparing the two because the way the article is written it's basically saying Martin shouldn't of gotten in because he didn't work as hard but he still did while Kwan had to work hard for it. This too much. This can be related to desegregation of schools.
