Gracie Darlington: Cops use murdered woman's Fitbit to charge her husband

Using evidence obtained by a Fitbit, police gathered that Connie Dabate was murdered by Richard Dabate, her husband. Police detectives analyzed the activity logged on Dabate's Fitbit to track the movements leading up to her death, and were able to disprove Richard Dabate's previous claims that a masked intruder shot his wife and ultimately charged him with the crime. Dabate is charged with murder, tampering with evidence, and providing a false statement.
