Delta Airlines, lately, has been having customer service issues involving management and treatment. On the 21st, two women fighting on a terminal were not broken apart, but rather a pilot walked up to one lady and waked her on the face. another instance involved a man who bought a ticket, was on a plane in his seat and was dragged off the plane by security for the airlines fault of over speculation. this treatment is rude and should not be tolerated and the airlines negative feedback will most likely result in less business and thus the fall of the company.
