Summary:
While walking out of the White House to board his helicopter, President Obama notices a little boy waiting with the press. He walks up to the boy and gives him a fist bump.
Analysis:
This is an example of President Obama acting like the "common man", something that the presidents often tried to do when running. This made them more appealing to the majority of voters. Many did this through nick names like Ike or Old Hickory. Being the "common man" has become a very important part of elections and we can only assume it will stay that way.
