Thieves stealing identities to gain benefits- Glenna Loughlin 5th

While identities are being stolen everyday by computer crooks, there is a newly popular way of doing it. This is by stealing direct identity such as birth certificate which leads to counterfeit credit cards. This promotes unemployment benefits that the government struggles to control.
